●About Sydney Healthcare
Sydney Healthcare establishes healthcare precincts in shopping centres.Each healthcare floor is made up of co-located, independent, practitioner owned and operated medical and healthcare practices.
Each relocating and new medical or allied health practice fits out a bare space to its own specifications.
The practices at each location share in the cost of baseline local advertising and promotion; common area cleaning and maintenance; and, floor telephone and security equipment.
Our existing healthcare precincts are:
Broadway Healthcare at Broadway Shopping Centre (September 2003)
Bondi Healthcare at Westfield Bondi Junction (August 2005)
Blacktown Healthcare at Westpoint Shopping Centre (February 2008)
Sites under development include:
Blacktown Healthcare (Stage 2) and Ashfield Healthcare (Stage 2) (2010).
Ryde Healthcare at Top Ryde City (Now letting for 2010/11 opening)
You are most welcome to contact us with proposals for expressions of interest in existing or new healthcare precincts.
Specifically, Sydney Healthcare would like to hear from you if:
- You are interested in a site to be opened;
- Your practice type is not present at an existing site or
- Your practice type is present at an existing site and you are interested in co-location. We will, if you wish, put you in touch with the relevant practice owner.
